Since I can't post without using a star I went with 1. My preference was 0!!!! I placed and order for my mom for Mother's Day Thru Teleflora. The order came a day late. They did call to say it would be late because their flowers were wilted. But when the order came, it was nowhere near what I ordered!!! I never order my mom red roses as she doesn't like them. I always get flowers that are purple. Didn't matter the type, but she does prefer carnations. Not only did they screw that up, but they screwed up the card. They wrote feel better soon. These were her Mother's Day flowers. Albeit, she is home recovering from surgery, and I did add that to the end of my sentiment, it should not have been all that the card said!!! I placed this order Thru Teleflora and will never use them again. Evidently Wades flower shop in Stamford Is 100 times the florist that Beth's is. I can call them directly next time I want to send flowers. SO NOT HAPPY!!!!
Beths flower house is a rip off! I ordered flowers for valentines day from the website from you flowers and payed $55 for something that wasn't even worth $20. The flowers that I ordered had six light pink roses and advertised them other white and pink flowers in a red vase with a pink bow. My mom received three dark pink roses with a couple other little white flowers in a tiny clear square vase.
I wish you could leave negative stars because it would be a negative 5! I ordered through from your flowers and payed extra for flowers to be delivered to my mom ON valentines day. I wanted it to be a surprise so I left my cell phone number. When they called me the day before valentines day saying they were delivering I told them I wanted them delivered ON valentines day not the day before. They insisted I give them my moms phone number so she would be there. I told them it was a surprise and I know she will be home because she runs her own business, but they insisted I still give them the number or they weren't going to deliver so I guess I had no choice but to give them her phone number. They called her the day before valentines day telling her she was getting flowers delivered . That ruined the whole surprise and when the flowers arrived they smelt like cigarette smoke!!! When I called to complain from your flowers informed me that it was Beths flower house that delivered the flowers. When I called her up she was completely rude and nasty to me and ignored my complaints. I will from now on request that Beth's flower house does NOT deliver my flowers and will tell everyone about her terrible way of running a business. I hope my posts helps others know what kind of person Beth is!
I bought an arrangement at the store as a birthday gift and got beautiful flowers at a v reasonable price. I was v pleased and would go again. Maybe their delivery needs fixing (from other reviews) but on site is v good.
